The Policy of AFCO STEEL is to provide products that comply with, and satisfy all requirements and needs of its customers, considering that the internal implemented procedures and production techniques ensure the conformity of its products to the contractual and agreed customers’ requirements.

To achieve the above mentioned goals, AFCO STEEL is committed to:

  • Maintaining a High Profile in leading the Quality Management System Strategy to assure compliance with requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of the Management Systems operated.
  • An ongoing strategy of Continuous Improvement, striving always to ‘better’ previous performance in terms of operational practice and Quality in its broadest sense.
  • Set up the necessary quality objectives and Programs which can improve internal systems.
  • Communicate the policy to all interested parties and persons working for or on behalf of the organization.
  • Identify and provide relevant training to its staff, and give them the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems.

All managers of AFCO Steel will, by direction and example, ensure that this policy is understood, implemented, periodically reviewed and maintained throughout our organization. This requires the total involvement and commitment of every employee in the organization and support by all management in meeting the requirements of our Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008 together with all Legislation and Codes of Practice relevant to our industry.

The skills and qualifications of all personnel within the organization are essential to achieving business and QMS objectives.

HEALTH & SAFETY

TOOR STEEL subscribes to an uncompromising commitment to personal and product safety for its employees, customers and clients. The equipment and material that we use in our manufacturing processes and the end products that are produced will be continually evaluated for personal, environmental and workplace safety.

Employees will regularly attend safety meeting and conferences. Potentially unsafe conditions in the workplace will be identified and corrected. Our clients and customers will be encouraged to view Health and Safety as a team effort and every one’s responsibility.

  • Implement progressive health and safety practices that apply risk management and safety principles to our operations.
  • Prevent of injury and ill health which can be caused by our operations.
